Policies

  •  If you are not happy with your hair, I will adjust it within 7 days of your service, at no charge. Major changes to your color, will have additional charges.There are no refunds

  • I have booked out the proper amount of time. 48 Hr notice to reschedule/cancel. If you cancel or no-show, with less than 48 hours, there is a $50 fee due before you can book again

  • Wear a mask if you are sick & need your hair done. If you are actively coughing, I will reschedule you

  • RETURNS/REFUNDS: Products purchased through my shop link adhere to Amazon's return policies

  • There are NO REFUNDS on hair extension hair or extensions services. Call me to make an adjustment to hair or extensions.

  • I am committed to protecting your privacy.

  • I collect emails two ways: when a new guest fills form at the time of their visit. Secondly, online when a guest fills out any of the contact boxes on this website.

  • The purpose of collecting these emails, is for use with regards to welcome email, online booking or email correspondence.

  • If you supply me with your contact information you may receive periodic emails, mailings, direct messages or texts from me with information on new products or services, important issues or upcoming events.

  • I will never sell any of your personal information. It is for the sole use of 'Mishawna Romero Hair'.

  • I collect mailing addresses & birth dates for the purpose of basic marketing campaigns & holiday cards.

  • Any request to delete of information takes 30 business days.
